once you change the mindset of dieting to eating healthy, you will have made the first step towards making this a life plan. good luck
I have found that to keep weight off I needed to change the way I ate and what foods I ate the most of. My diet now consist mostly of fruits and vegetables .
Glad to have you on the team! This is a great place to try new recipes that are tasty and healthy! If you check the message boards you'll find lots of easy meal suggestions too for when you are too busy/tired to really cook!

I am determine to lose at least 15lbs, but each time i start to loose the weight it came right back.
I am a mom of one and I've gained 30lbs over the past 5yrs and have not lost it since. I currently weight in at 164 and would really like to be at least 149, I'm 5ft 5in so I really need to lose at least that amount of weight.
