My name is Christina and my sincere hope for this year is to lose more weight than I did last year. Already doing most of the cooking at home (we really don't go out to eat that often), but this year I want to continue and expand on eating local and organic (if possible). Has anyone read any of Michael Pollan's books, especially his "Food Rules" book? I highly recommend them. Good luck to everyone with plans made for 2011.
