Good morning. Have you joined all the teams that pertain to you? I find that the daily messages from the members of all the teams are a positive support and motivation tool for me. I love getting them and replying to them and sending welcoming messages to new members of all the teams. I am still learning my way around the site and the members are very helpful in helping me out. I just found out that the teams have challenges that we can participate in to give us added motivation. Track your nutrition & fitness daily is critical as well as drink lots of water. Every small step gets us closer to success on the road to victory in the battle of the bulge.

emoticon you can start out by tracking your food intake on the nutrition tracker. Go ahead and look around at all the different sites, there are alot of them, so don't be afraid to check them out. emoticon
