Ok, those that know me know I have discovered Zumba and love it! My problem is I have abused my body for so long that now I am trying to do something good for it and it can't always take it. I have strengthened enough that about half the time I can do it without my knees bothering me but I still can't do the jumping moves because my flab on my abdomen feels like its going to rip off. Do I need a girdle, tights, what? know I need something to support my belly. Also, does a sports bra keep you from flopping around? Do I need one of those too?
