hello,nice to hear from u,at my age i should be happy with my body,had it long enough.but no.all my life my weight has been up and down,and would just like to be happy in my skin.

In the past, I have always started a Diet. this time round it is going to be a Life Style change. then hopefully in my mind set things, this time round will be Positive!! I am going to set aside an hour a day to Track my Food intake and Exercise.

hi kimberley. can i call you billy ? OUr bodies change as we age . we no longer have the bodies of our youth . we are now mature people . my daugher keeps saying her daughter is the same size that she was when she was a teenager . she is now in her twenties and her body is not the same as it once was . she is not fat but she is no longer as thin as she once was .

i work at asda homeshopping,i start at 3am-8am unless i do extra hours.in the last two and half years i have put more and more weight on,and i think it is through the hours i strart work,when i can i go to the gym one or two times a week,i do eat healthy,but come the weekend i have treats.been to slimming clubs in past and have lost weight,but want to do it on my own,as felt it was like been in a competition.
