Are you takikng any sleep aids/ even over the counter? I cooked omelets when I took AMbien. It sounds as if you're not DEEPLY asleep and something is kind of waking you up all the while your mind tries to stay asleep.

I've just joined this website and am looking for the things that I think are having a negative impact on my day to day life and sleep (or lack thereof) is one of those things. Falling asleep is not my main issue, mine is waking during the night and recently 'sleep walking' for lack of a better term. I am semi-awake but do activities that I know are not necessarily rational at the time. Closing doors, moving things, but thankfully nothing dangerous (yet). So I want to get this under control.

Any suggestions or insight on this would be very welcome!
