I decided to join this team because independently of SparkPeople I have come up with a weekly goal list where I'm working on little things each week that will (I hope!) boost my overall wellness in a positive way. My challenge this week (I'm only on week #2) is to go to bed at the same time each night and get up by 6:30 each morning (except one weekend day - want to wake up without the alarm!).
When I saw this team it fit so nicely in with my goal I thought I'd join! Figure I can learn a little bit about sleep from the posts and articles - who knows, maybe I'll expand my goal by the end of the week.
