trying this over again.im about to go to bed, start in a few hours. i am going to schedule my hours so i have time to exercise

To proof I am making a serious commitment I am placing this ticket and sharing it with everybody, giving permission to pull me up if I get lazy or I am not showing improvement, If that happens, hopefully not positive criticism is welcome with pull up and I gave written permission? I guess I did!

That is one of the best things I learned on SP. I now focus on getting healthy rather than losing weight. I am losing weight because I am making healthier choices and am moving more, but now I don't get bummed out if I don't lose some weight each week, because I know I am healthier this week than I was last week. Good luck on your challenge. Have fun.

You just remind me of something I had forgot, an important aspect of losing weight which is not focusing in the weight you want to lose but doing it. That takes a lot of weight of one shoulders, makes it fun and easier to do. Thank you, good luck and keep me post it

Hello! My name is Ashley and this is day one for me doing the Bootcamp Challenge. This is also my third week on SP! I love it so far, and was looking for a way to get a boost and gain a new perspective when it comes to working out. That's why I have decided to take on the challenge. I can't really put a number on how much i would like to lose during the 28 days because I don't want to disappoint myself, but if I could feel a difference in my endurance and strength that would be amazing! Oh, and I did take a before picture, so it would be pretty neat to see a difference physically emoticon
