hello all!!! I started this bootcamp a few months ago, but kinda got away from it, although i still receive all posts. i just purchased the SPARK book, and OMG-- if you need anything to get you in the correct state of mind--THIS BOOK IS IT!! a little background about me--i am a certified personal trainer and cardio/spin instructor. i have been teaching for almost 20 years, and even though i read everything i can about fitness and nutrition--this book has the best info out there, i have belonged to sparkpeople for about 2 years but never investigated the site. boo-koo info and i'm still learning. i cannot wait for the next 28 days
i am posting my daily personal goal for tomorrow on my bathroom mirror as soon as i go to bed. tomorrow will be an awesome day thanks to sparkpeople!!
