Hi I am not new to SP however I have deterred from SP and joined fit pal with friends where I found I gained weight and became confused and felt brainwashed with the million different eating and exercise plans. I had great success with SP years ago and I hope to do that again.

I've rejoined SparkPeople (for about the 10th time) and I'm looking for a structured fitness routine. I've found that when I follow the site's plans and advice I really do lose the weight, but for some reason I always think I can stop logging in, and that's where it goes downhill. When I joined SP last year, I ended up losing 25 pounds with the help of this challenge. I've since then gained all that weight back plus an additional 25 pounds.

I've been back for a few weeks now, thinking I've got this this time, but I really am lacking an actually plan. So here I am again. I know I can do this.

GM all,
well I am back at this again. I'm not sure why is this so HARD for me to do, but I can't take this anymore. I got on the scale and just broke down. I live in MD, where it is about 800 degrees but I have to do something. I am going to need all the help and support possible. My biggest challenge is my "Time" and "work".

Hi all, I am an intermittent participant on Sparkpeople and I've had coach Nicole's 28 day bootcamp dvd for ages but today I actually played and followed the routines for 42 minutes. And felt very good about it too only the first day but it's a start.

Hello, my name is Pam and I have been with SP again since December 2015. I have lost 26 pounds so far but I am starting to see some sagging at my thighs and upper arms so I decided to do some strength training.

I am 62 and retired but working part-time. I am enjoying my retirement and my job. This is a great site and I know I will reach my goal to lose 90 pounds using the tools and support I have found on Sparkpeople.

I look forward to adding structured strength training to my current exercise regime of a daily 2-3 mile walk and 30 minutes of cardio.

I just want to be a thinner, healthier, version of me.

Good Morning, my name is Linda, I am 57 years old and I am working on my health and weight, although I have already lost 52 pounds I still have 47 more to go to hit my long time goal. Hi everyone! I'm mike and I've been on SP since 1/26. 15 weeks later, I'm down 33 lbs and have completed the couch to 5K. I'm down to 233 lbs from where I started, but I'm kind of at a plateau. So, here I am to try and kick things up a notch and get my weight loss moving again. I have 41 lbs left to lose, so we'll see how the 28 day boot camp ends up.

Good Morning! I am called Henri. I retired a couple of years ago and have become a lot less active. My strength and flexibility is in need of an overhaul. I completed the 7-Day Boot camp over a week ago, which was just to break the ice and prepare me for the 28-Day Bootcamp and am doing a 30-Day Jumpstart challenge. I feel if I am more engaged in the Sparkpeople programs it will only help guide me to a better me.
I have a goal of doing a 5K, 8K and 10K this year in hopes of building up to a half marathon by the end of the year.
I also enjoy the way the community participates in fitness and health, it gives me inspiration and encouragement that I can regain a better health and fitness status.

I'm Sandy, live in Dallas and I was looking into strength training and the page recommended this challenge. Think this is the 4th time I've joined. I'm wanting to get fit again and stave off health problems. My sister and I are trying to walk at least 3 miles 3 or 4 times a week.

I lost 70 pounds and kept it off for three years but i got pregnant with twins and the weight went crazy. Now my twins are 10month old and it is time for me to go where my weight should be becfore I had them.

Hello! My name is Keyosha, and I just joined the challenge today! I begin my weight loss journey about 3 weeks or so ago, and I'm on a journey to lose over 100 pounds. I chose to join because I wanted to challenge myself, and give my body that extra push that it needs, plus have fun while doing it!!!

hi, I'm Colleen and I started the challenge yesterday. I had to modify quite a few of the moves yesterday but I did finish the video and I'm looking forward to a lot of improvement at the end of the month when I do a retest on it!

I have not worked out in months since hurting my ankle. Trying to just get back it, Finding it hard to just get started even if it is just a walk for 20 mins. I have a goal and 6-9 months to reach it and learn to keep it going once I lose the weight and regain my energy.

I'm T. I'm 26 and definitely a slow loser. I usually lose about 20 pounds and then fall back into my old habits. The terrible thing about that besides not losing anymore is that it took awhile to lose that much. So, here we are again, trying to bite off a little more manageable portion.

My name is LeAnne 60yrs. Lost 45 plus pounds. Fell off exercise program 3 months ago. I lost the increasing shape and posture that exercise brings. Slow and steady will lead to a new and permanent relationship with exercise...so I decided to go for it. Very familar of seeing Jen's imput and challenges in my Sparks Coach Program which makes me committ to daily log ins.
Hi Jen! You finally got me for good!!!

Best of luck to all. Its about health and happiness. Never quit. I am so much happier since I lost the first "package" of weight. What a life changer. Can't quit here. I must go to the finish line and beyond. Its been easier than I thought with the coaching program.... I feel so rewarded everyday for following a prescribed diet.. and using the recipe finder. Well now its onward to new goals.... EXERCISE as a life pattern. Boy I am going to enjoy seeing the fat come off my the sides of my legs and my rear end! Exercise will take me there.

I'm 33 years old with 3 kids. I have PCOS but I am determine to beat it rather than it beat me. My kids are now all in school and I have determined that it is ME time. Last week was my first week of consistent work out. I started with walking my kids to school. Then I moved to going to the gym. Now I am going to try this challenge. I wish everyone luck
