I just started this as well. I think it will be good because I am the worst at exercising. Mostly it comes down to laziness. Ten minutes is good for me because I am so out of shape. I don't like to admit that. I look forward to be able exercise longer than ten minutes at a time

Hi I'm Monise,

I've been on the site off and on before but just now got the guts to post something (haha). I decided to join the 10 minute daily challenge thought that would keep me motivated, being that I am one to constantly start off working out for a while and then stop for months hopefully just 10 min a day will keep me motivated.
