Without realizing there was an official challenge, I started my own 30 day 10 minute minimum fitness challenge almost a month ago. I am on day 30 now, but just joined here officially. Should I count my time and jump right to week 4?
I don't want to cheat the challenge, but I read The Spark as well, and I've done all the action steps along the way. What do the experts here think? Is there more to the challenge than that?
