Thanks for the encouragement, every bit helps. I don't have a lot of steps, but I love to walk as well. I will do some walking.... I did write the quote in my book, it was so inspiring. Thanks again!!!!

Hi...I know what you mean about being motivated...Congrats on the five pound loss...Good for you, Girl !
I tend to go in spurts with exercise.
My thing is walking...but I need a destination or I won't do it.

I live in a six floor apartment building and most evenings...and sometimes mornings as well I (power) walk the steps and halls.

I like what you said about the desire to change. When I see a quote that inspires me I put it on an index card and place it near my computer....I will do the same with your quote.....thank you.

Hang in there...You are not alone...and ...You can do this!

I have tried this more than once, but I will now try again. I have been back to SP a little over 3 weeks and have lost 5lbs so far. My motivation to exercise sucks. I will try this 10-minute deal and maybe, just maybe I can get back on track. So I am reaching out for this thing called motivation. I was reading today in the motivational section and came across this: "your desire to change must be greater than your desire to stay the same". So I thought about it for most of the day, and made the conscious decision to CHANGE. Pray for me, and with me and I will do the same for you, this is very challenging and it means so much to everyone that is willing to take steps to change.
