Congratulations! And it does get better. Besides, that little one is so precious, it's all worth it. Maybe take a walk with the baby for 10 minutes?

I must have joined this team ages ago, and I know that I liked it. Now I have a 10 week old baby, stretch marks like a tiger, a flubby tummy, and almost no motivation to do anything between nursing and trying to maintain my sanity. I think back to days when I was exercising and know that my sanity will only be aided, but just can't find the consistency. I think this team might help me try a little bit harder.
