Thank you Juliana! I do the same thing! Only 10 minutes, and then once I get started, I usually want to stay longer. I haven't tried the videos yet, so I will have to check that out. I have just been walking to start. I have a knee that gives me trouble. I am so out of shape, I look forward to walking up the stairs and uphill with out getting out of breath so quickly!
