Thank you Juliana! I do the same thing! Only 10 minutes, and then once I get started, I usually want to stay longer. I haven't tried the videos yet, so I will have to check that out. I have just been walking to start. I have a knee that gives me trouble. I am so out of shape, I look forward to walking up the stairs and uphill with out getting out of breath so quickly! I will "friend" you, that would be great!

Welcome Pam. I know it's hard to get motivated and that is why I've joined this challenge. 10 minutes - I've been looking at it as, in 10 minutes the exercise will be over! The videos here are great! I've been doing low impact (bad knee and 50+lbs not helping that problem) and Nicole is great at telling how to modify the exercise to make it easier. I am also giving myself permission to do the easy ones for this month. February I step up the bar! Good luck and I'd love to be friends if you're interested. Juliana emoticon

Hi everyone! I am Pam. I have been a member for a few months now, but have not made much progress. I have not been focusing on eating well or exercising. I have joined this challenge because I need to do something to get myself in gear! I am starting again today.
