Hang in there! We all tend to overdo at first and soon quit. But if we take it slow, it works so much better. I've been on since January 1st and normally would have quit by now. But I love it here. Everyone is so nice and it gives me the motivation to continue. Losing slowly, which is the best way to lose.

Hi...i'm a newbie, and i am keen to do the challenge. I do keep track of my exercise minutes in my journal....
I need to take this slow, or I will get overwhelmed and quit.
