Hello everyone!
I, just like you all, want to create changes in my body, but am struggling. I am DETERMINED to lose 20 lbs by by graduation in May, and I would love some motivation! Working out has not been a habit for me, but this 10- minute challenge can help me create good workout goals and make exercise a priority.

Let's go, people! We can do it! I know that only I can change how I look and feel, so I better get my butt moving!
