Hi guys! This is my first time ever hearing about spark people and after watching a fell inspirational success stories on youtube, I decided to join. My all time high was around 240 pounds and I started to lose weight about two years ago (at 225). I lost about 40 but now it is back to 30 and I'm at a plateau! So I want to (*car screech* scratch that out) "I WILL" continue to lose, not just maintain (or even worse GAIN) weight and this was the first challenge that I'm doing so I'm hoping and praying for the best!...and for a good habit of exercising incorporated into my daily lifestyle.
