Same boat here. Keep doing well and falling off the wagon. Try joining a challenge. I joined the 10 minutes per day and am now on day 38 of exercise each day. I usually end up doing around 20-30 minutes. I am amazed that I have actually stuck with it. I find that the daily Spark coach and blogging is very motivating to me.

We are here for you.

Good Luck!! emoticon

That sounds just like me until recently. I just got fed up with who I kept seeing in the mirror. And not putting my health first over the family. Yes the kids get fed, husband and kids are happy. But now I am happy too. Slowly I'm getting my energy back and it feels great. There's days, I don't eat the healthiest, but I watch what I eat and make sure it fits into my schedule. And believe me, I hate most vegetables and fruits, so it's a tough one that's for sure. Just schedule it in if you have too. And don't sweat the small stuff. For Thanksgiving, I was no where's near home, no where to exercise. And my husbands parents (where we were staying while they were hunting) isn't exactly diet friendly. So it was tough. But I stuck to it and resisted temptation. It can be done. Believe in yourself, and anything is possible.

Hello all! I've been a member of Spark People for a couple years now. This is my first time ever writing a post (I'm pretty sure anyways). It seems like everytime I get in a great routine with eating habits and exercise, one hiccup comes along (I have to cancel a workout day, someone in the house gets sick, we go out of town, etc.) and I fall into the habit of pre packaged, fattening foods, and blow off working out. I am ready to get back to my healthy self, AND stick with it! Any motivation is greatly appreciated! :)
