Do only what you can, you don't want to injure yourself and really be out for the count for a while.

Have you read this article from SparkPeople? I thought it had some good ideas for getting going again!

I modify some of the exercises too and that's ok because I can see the change since I started. I can do some of the things now, that I couldn't do at the beginning, but I've still got a long way to go!

All the glory to Jesus, my Saviour!!!

Doing something is better than doing nothing at all. Take it slow.

I started strength training back in February, and I had to make a lot of modifications to the workouts when I first started. I have back and knee problems. I basically started with just the bar and then increased the weights more gradually than the standard strength program called for. I wasn't able to really get into aerobic exercise until 3 months later. I was very weak aerobically. I started doing a cardio kickboxing type class, because I really enjoy that kind of thing. There are a large number of jumps and fast turns that I still don't do, but I modify the workout in a way that works for my knees and my back. It's ok to take it easy and work your way up to a level that you are comfortable with. I used to not sweat at all when I worked out, now I know that I can push myself harder and I reach a level of exercise that truly challenges me even with the modifications.

I'm new to the 10min challenge, I noticed in myself that if I take a rest day I find it difficult to get myself going again. I mostly strength train. So I decided that on my "rest days" I will do @ least 10min on the treadmill.
I do have a concern with the challenges, I do have some limitations and am not able to do all exercises. Should I just do what I can?
