I agree eating healthy is harder than exercising. Just start with 10 minutes and let it increase from there. If you haven't read "The Spark" it is a great read with good advice and very interesting too. Streak on.............

I just started changing my food lifestyle this week and began exercising a few days after that. The daily exercise part is the most challenging part for me, so I'm doing this challenge to keep myself accountable and on track. Good luck everyone!
