I AM still on track :) Thanks for asking! I did some easy walking the first several days and have now done some Walk Away the Pounds the last couple of days :) Feels SO good to get back to my WATP!
I wish I could do some strength training too but every time I try my muscles revolt (I have fibromyalgia) ... so I will do what I can until I can do more :)
How do you do your ST, Amanda? You must work all areas every other day? Could you maybe alternate your days by body area so that you're doing some form of ST every day ... upper one day, lower the next, and then core the next and then repeat the sequence? Good luck and best wishes to you!
