I've had a migraine for the past day and a half so am not accomplishing much :( The migraine is pretty much gone though so I'm looking forward to getting back on it tomorrow!

How are you all doing so far over the weekend? I hope very well!

Glad I could help :) That is what I was trying to decide when I was contemplating ST in the first place ... all of it every other day or just some each day. And my body doesn't seem to like it no matter how I space it :( But I can do some light weights when it's incorporated into my Leslie Sansone videos so I do get some minimal amounts of ST in :)

I AM still on track :) Thanks for asking! I did some easy walking the first several days and have now done some Walk Away the Pounds the last couple of days :) Feels SO good to get back to my WATP!
I wish I could do some strength training too but every time I try my muscles revolt (I have fibromyalgia) ... so I will do what I can until I can do more :)
How do you do your ST, Amanda? You must work all areas every other day? Could you maybe alternate your days by body area so that you're doing some form of ST every day ... upper one day, lower the next, and then core the next and then repeat the sequence? Good luck and best wishes to you!

Still on track? The days that I do my strenth training goes very well but on the alternating days when I shouldn't strength train, I just can't seem to find the motivation for just the cardio. Don't know what's going on with me!

Hello! I am not new to SparkPeople but I am making a fresh new start to get 'er done :) I've lost about 25 lbs since March of this year but have stalled out this past month and a half or so. Life got a little crazy and I ended up taking the back burner for awhile but I'm back to take control and put myself where I belong ... up front and on a mission!

I hope to support and encourage as many people along the way as I can, and to BE supported and encouraged as well, so please feel free to add me as a friend so we can journey together and make the differences in our lives to get us to where we want/need/deserve to be ... HAPPY and HEALTHY!!!
