Hi,
I'm Susan, too! I'm 64 and in the past few years have had a lot of asthma and respiratory problems but I'm determined to get past all that and get fit! emoticon

Hi,

I'm Susan and I have certainly fallen off the beaten path when it comes to exercising and trying to follow Spark's guidelines to a healthy lifestyle. I'm been battling some respiratory problems lately so I have finding it hard to walk even for for ten minutes but I am going to try. Can't wait to get started!
