Walked for 25 minutes tonight after it cooled off, so I'm still doing it. And I snacked on veggies today. Getting my daily goals in, one day at a time.

Glad your doing it. I woke up late today and only got in 15 minutes on my treadmill before work and will do 20 minutes when I get home for my 30 minutes lunch break. I will finish up my 90 minutes in the evening. I enjoy watching shows I've DVRd to take my focus on how long I am walking. I'm enjoying my streak, today I have been walking on my treadmill for 105 days straight! I look forward to starting a healthy food streak.

Woo hoo! I'm going to do this! I'm just looking to track some exercise I am going to be doing , and have a place to talk about it, and so on!

I am going to be doing my P.I.N.K workouts (hate the food plan, but love the workout videos!), and some yoga before bed. I think that will for me right now!
