Good for you Amanda. Try to fit it in early in the morning to get it over with and when you might have more energy............at least that works for me. I guess it depends if you are a morning person or nite. I'm usually getting exhausted around 3:00 at work and still do walking on my treadmill after work when I feel too tired but I push myself and sometimes not all at one time. I just finished a 20 minutes on my treadmill for my 30 minute lunch break. The other thing is you need to be serious and committed. So if you take 1 step forward and 2 steps back, don't be too hard on yourself and start again...................keep on keeping on until it becomes a lifestyle and not a diet. Your young and have so much time to enjoy a healthier body and you will.

Hello All,

I am a Full-Time Student and Mother. My daughter just turned 1 years old and it is now easier to exercise. I want to lose weight and be healthy for my baby girl and be able to play with her without being winded.
