Welcome Tracy! I just joined two days ago. I am 48 years old and need to lose about 76 pounds.
I have been spending a lot of time watching the workout videos, trying to select ones that I think I'll be able to do. I'm really out of shape, but have been doing the upper and lower body stretching videos for now. Later today I'm going to start one of the cardio workout videos.
