Well, best of luck with the plan. You've chosen a good program to work with and remember any mistakes along the way are great opportunities to learn more about yourself.

With a little fluctuation, I'm still at 6 pounds lost so I'm taking the 10 day challenge! I'm going to get up 15 minutes earlier etch day (so I'll stop hitting the snooze button) and do some - any - exercise!
