Hi Everyone!

New to SPARKPEOPLE. A little bit about myself. I started my weight loss back in July 2011, weighing close to 268lb. I first started just by walking (which by the way is the very least mininal excerise, so everybody should do it) I would walk 3 miles 7 days a week then gradually started to jog 5-10 miles everyday for at least 1 year. I am happy to report I now weight 141, still not at my ideal weight and have weighed about the same a little more or less for the last four months. I am a sweet tooth junkie but have limited sweets to almost half or none at all, but I don't deprive myself. Any who, I am looking forward to new and exciting exercise tips, weight loss and message boards!
