Thank you all for the warm welcome and encouragement! I'm really loving all the great stuff I've found here...especially the recipes and exercise videos! :)
Congratulations and welcome! It seems that putting on the weight during and after pregnancy is a common event. I did that and at 60 I'm still working on getting it off and I.ve found that Sparkpeople is a great way to tackle so many aspects of weight lose. Especially the really entrenched bad patterns of eating. so good luck and just keep trying.
With a little fluctuation, I'm still at 6 pounds lost so I'm taking the 10 day challenge! I'm going to get up 15 minutes earlier etch day (so I'll stop hitting the snooze button) and do some - any - exercise!
