A lot of small successes add up quickly. The biggest help I have here, other than the teams and forums, is the tracker. I really try and track everything. It really makes a difference to my choices when I know what I am shooting for, Like last night, I was light on calories and carbs but heavy on protein and fat. So my snack before bed was a multi-grain sandwich thin with hummus. Did not go over for the day on any because I knew where I was the whole time. Logging works for me.

I joined SP last weekend, still figuring out all the features of the site but am enjoying it so far. I am 42 years old and here hoping to find some much needed support. I liked the idea of this challenge - aiming for 10 minutes instead of my usual 30-60 minute goal that I never maintained for long. So far by aiming for 10 minutes, I usually end up doing closer to 30. Looking forward to reading everyone's tips and suggestions.
