I just recently joined SP. So far, I just love it. I joined this challenge because I think surely I can find 10 minutes in my day to do something for me, that's beneficial for me. This challenge seems like an attainable goal. I am excited! I believe this will be the kick start I need to continue on my journey to lose weight and be healthier.
