It's so great to be surrounded by people who understand!!! We will do it!!! Today I walked from my house to work. 1 mile in 20 minutes. I'm a waitress and I work in a two story restaurant. Going up and down the stairs helped a lot. What's best is that I don't feel tired!!!

Thanks everyone for being so great. We will conquer our bodies and our minds!!!

Welcome back! Good plan. I am using equipment until the summer is over, then outside when its cooler. The 10 mins of laps in the pool gets me outside for some sunshine.

Hello everyone!!! Just starting once again in Spark People. I had gotten off track for a really long time and I hadn't come back, but here I am and starting a challenge no less!!! We all can do it. A healthier and better us!! Yesterday I walked 1.15 miles in 24 minutes and today I'm aiming for more. This is something that I really want and I will work for it no matter what!
