I am now exercising 50 mins a day working up to 60 ! Keeping active is so important!
Welcome neighbor. We don't have a large window for outdoor exercise. This year it will be April to November. I have a little mini-gym set up in the basement. Treadmill, mat, ball and dumbells. That holds me over during the winter months. I snowshoe for my outdoor exercise. My partner has been deployed three times. Exercise is the one thing that kept me going. You can get there. Be patient and take it one day at a time.

Hi, I'm Kimberly. Two and a half years ago I lost 67lbs. My husband had just joined the Vermont National Guards. He was gone for six months. Was the perfect motivation to work out and had time to put myself first. In the past 18 months I've struggled with the same ten pounds, losing and gaining. I'm actually up 12lbs now. I just signed up for my first race as motivation to get back on track. Looking for good friends to help my journey.
