I'm back and trying again as well - I am skating 3 times this week and had planned to hit gym 3 times - 2 gym sessions may be more realistic and 10 mins on days I don't go.

I love the gym but making it there is proving to be problematic,I may need to go before work tomorrow morning to make sure I make it. I have a headache by the end of the day/feel lethargic and worn out by work.

I just finished the Sleep Challenge and came looking in Challenge Central for a new goal, when I realized that in the excitement of starting Sparks last year - I joined this challenge and never logged it through to the end! LOL. OK, so here I am to TRY AGAIN! I am off on holidays next week, but honestly - 10 min a day is still VERY do-able, if no other way but by a brisk walk or a swim or a few stretches. Here I go!

Millions of people, obviously have abused their bodies, or the diet business wouldn't be a billion dollar business.

I love sparks, and the people, and how we are given the encouragement to succeed, thru this program. They have made it fun and challenging.
