emoticon to SP and this team.....when I first started SP I started with the 10 minutes a day....did more most days, but did get it in on those busy days...good place to start and good way of thinking about this new habit you are going to establish. Best of luck....

I am new to SparkPeople and this is my first challenge. Ten minutes a day I can do but it will probably end up being more than that. Even if it's a bad day for me at least I can achieve the 10 minute goal.
