Glad you're back. Please reconsider surgery. It can be very depressing if it doesn't work out. One lady I know weighs over 350 lbs. and thought it was an easy fix. She wasn't mentally prepared, for how much she could not eat. Her stomach held 3 (THREE) Tablespoons of food. She ended up popping the bands around her stomach. She started on eating what she wanted in smaller portions. Cut out starches every other day. Not long she lost 4 lbs.
back! Please try working through SP to lose your excess weight. You do not indicate how much you want/need to lose, but surgery should be the very last option because of all the risks involved. You have done this before and I know that especially with the help and encouragement of your Spark friends.
