Joined today b/c I haven't worked out on a consistent basis or at all for a half year (besides walking the dog before cold weather came). I couldn't stand the thought of going back to all my 30 min. videos. 10 min. is manageable and I plan to do a little bit of everything (run up and down my stairs, squats, situps, pushups and etc.) after I post and hopefully another 10.min this evening.
