No, just kidding, I mean, I do like long walks on the beach, but I always think of how people "introduce themselves" with saying they like long walks on the beach and boating and stuff like that... :)
I need to join a challenge. I do well with challenges and feeling the need to not want to mess up a challenge that I have committed to.
I need consistency in my workout routine. I do 5 days one week and maybe 1 day the next week...it feels so great when I work out, I dread it kinda, but I love it when it's over.
