I'm a grandma to 5 also! I just started last month, so we are starting this together. A friend from my church recommended this site & it's just what I needed. I lost the most weight when I kept track of what I put i n my mouth, & this keeps track of the Calories easier than I use to. I've already noticed that I have cut back on what I am consuming as wasn't realizing what I had been doing. It also motivates me to exercise which is what my physical therapist has encouraged me to do also, but now at the end of the day when I see I haven't done any exercise it makes me feel guilty. I also found from doing the quizzes & trivia that I wasn't as knowledgeable as I thought I was. Let's keep each other going. Welcome!

Im a grandma to 5 and I want to be healthy for them. My sister told me about the program and Im excited to get started. 10 min.a day is doable for me.
