Well, you are making the right start! :-D I love Coach Nicole's 10 minute workouts because they are easy to follow but are also challenging. I usually combine at least two of her videos for a 20-30 minute workout, but if you choose to stay with the 10 minute workout, you are doing GREAT!!!!
