! I have been a member since January 20th and after working through my goals and getting my tracking in line (that took until mid February) I have lost 5.5 lbs! I love the message boards and huddles and challenges. Tracking my nutrition was an eye opener for me and just getting off the couch and moving even 10 minutes a day is rewarded. The fact that it is at no $ cost is AMAZING! I really feel that this time I am going to reach my goals. I am able to work at my own pace without being made to feel like a failure for not doing it faster. Slow and steady definitely wins the race here!
