HI ! Welcome Are you tracking your foods? Drinking at least the 8 glasses of water and can you also get in the excerise that's suggested on your fitness page? If, you are able to do these things and please, please , PLEASE ! Be patient as your body adjusts to ALL of this, it DOES work and the LBS WILL come off. For me, I am older and have 50LBS to lose and I have already b4 joining SP had lost 104lbs,,,,so I am kinda slow at losing now. But I AM losing. If you want a buddy just hit "need a buddy" on your page and PRESTO someone will respond. Click off the things you are interested in to make it even more interesting and FUN FUN FUN ! After all life HAS to be FUN and so DOES this.

I hate mirrors! I walk around thinking I'm still a thin 29-year-old. Then I see that tubby 46-year-old in the mirror and I think, "Who the heck is that old flabby fatty?" You're in the right place to help you get on track to get where you want to be. I joined spark people quite a while ago and it took a while, but I've finally lost 20 pounds and it's made a huge difference. I've kind of been stuck in the same place for a while, but this time I'm not discouraged--I really feel like eventually all the weight is going to come off, and I know you can feel that way too. Good luck!

Hi everyone,

Today I saw myself in the mirror and what a horror it was...I am 83 kilos, size 16 and lots of flabs at every wrong place. Agree that I am a mom of a preschooler but believe me there are so many new moms in office who just got back to their shape after delivering the baby...but I never shrunk...
I can not escape from the fact that I am obese...and I sincerely want to lose...This is not the first time I have been thinking in this direction but all my previous efforts never paid off because I never stayed on the plan. I need help, I need friends who also want to lose and get back to shape....I want a healthier and more active lifestyle...
Lets get together towards our goals.
