Welcome to the Team and good luck on your journey!
Thanks for the encouraging words and the welcomes!!
I am looking forward to a successful start here!!
I work long hours, at a job both physically and mentally demanding........ so the 10 minute challenge seemed like a good way to start!! I'm looking forward to developing the habit.....and increasing my daily workout time....
You will be surprised how easy 10 minutes come and go. Before you know it, you will be at 20 minutes then 30 minutes. The support you get here will help motivate you.

Hi & Welcome Aboard.
Make this a Healthy Choice Day!
Welcome! I think the 10 minute daily challenge will be good for you. It gets you into the habit of working out without having to commit to a huge chuck of time. As you get used to it, you'll probably want to add more time on your own.
Also, I've found that tracking my food really helps.

If you are a runner, it doesn't matter how far or how fast. It doesn't matter if today is your first day or if you've been running for twenty years. There is no test to pass, no license to earn, no membership card to get. You just run." J Bingham
I am joining this challenge / team in hopes of getting me motivated to just start moving. I have set my weight loss goals up to July 1, 2011......
as that is the latest I can have alterations to my wedding gown started. I am very aware that I will not succeed if I remain as sedate as I am currently.
I "know" the basics of what I need to do... it's just really difficult for me to get going!! So, rather than committing to an hour a day, 6 days a week......and doing nothing beyond "committing" words...... I thought this 10 minute challenge sounded achievable!! Something I can succeed at to get me going!!
Thanks for having this team to get us all going!!!
Looking forward to being a successful team member!!
