I am joining this challenge / team in hopes of getting me motivated to just start moving. I have set my weight loss goals up to July 1, 2011......
as that is the latest I can have alterations to my wedding gown started. I am very aware that I will not succeed if I remain as sedate as I am currently.
I "know" the basics of what I need to do... it's just really difficult for me to get going!! So, rather than committing to an hour a day, 6 days a week......and doing nothing beyond "committing" words...... I thought this 10 minute challenge sounded achievable!! Something I can succeed at to get me going!!
