Hi! I have multiple health issues that I have used for excuses and after maintaining my weight for18 months, I feel ready to change things and lose weight. I'm tired of tight clothes and have no funds to buy more. The only reasonable course is to fit into what I have! I have sever RA and Celiac Disease. Following most diet plans has been difficult changing it to fit the no wheat requirement. I have started walking a couple times a week - I'm up to 1 1/2 miles now.
