I like to log on first thing in the am to 'Huddle' and 'Change My Status' and check my 'Friend Feed'.
Then I try to get a few SparkPoints by going to the SparkPoints page and doing some of the activities and also opening up messages and posting a comment...you can get up to 15 points for this.
If I have time I check in at the end of the day. I try to get 50 minimum SparkPoints a day.
For the 'Nutrition Tracker' I try to do this either after breakfast or lunch so I know where I stand so I can adjust for dinner and snacks to stay in my calorie range.
