Hi and welcome. I snatch what time I can for my exercise (3 little children) but I do prefer the mornings by far
Smile .... it makes people wonder what you're up to ;-)
The fourth glass of wine is always a good idea before you do it and a really bad idea afterward! ;-)
It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.
I do about an hour during my office break,reading articles,taking a poll,playing trivia etc. At the end of the day I log in my gym hours,do the 28 day video challenge for the day,fill in my fruit and water log,then finally reply blogs and mails. Sp people has really helped me. Once you get the hang of it I'm sure you will love it too.
The high I get is from loosing weight
I like to log on first thing in the am to 'Huddle' and 'Change My Status' and check my 'Friend Feed'.
Then I try to get a few SparkPoints by going to the SparkPoints page and doing some of the activities and also opening up messages and posting a comment...you can get up to 15 points for this.
If I have time I check in at the end of the day. I try to get 50 minimum SparkPoints a day.
For the 'Nutrition Tracker' I try to do this either after breakfast or lunch so I know where I stand so I can adjust for dinner and snacks to stay in my calorie range.

I heard about this website through another message board. The topic was "what diet / exercise plan do you use?" Many people suggested the usual, weight watchers, curves etc. I came here out of curiosity and here I am ready to go. I know I need to add this site to my daily routine in order for it to work. What times of the day works for you? Morning, lunch and dinner? Only once a day? Before bed? Write everything down on paper and then enter at end of each day?
