SparkPeople isn't just about going on a diet, losing weight, then going off the diet. It's about a whole, new, healthy lifestyle. There's a lot of information about nutritious food and the necessity of physical activity on SP. This 10-minute daily exercise challenge is a good place to start. Whether it works or not will probably depend on the effort you're willing to put into preparing nutritious meals and getting physically active. emoticon

emoticon Since you are very new to SparkPeople be sure to make use of everything that is available to you. This is a great team/challenge to get you started. 10 minutes of exercise is something you can do, especially if you remember that lots of things count as exercise. Be sure to use the nutrition tracker & fitness tracker to keep you accountable. Remember that success is more than just the numbers on the emoticon , it is measured more in the way your feel. There are lots of supportive people on this website & this team. emoticon
