You might have burned yourself out doing too much. Take it gentle this time.

Do your ten minutes exercise and read something motivational for ten minutes. Then learn something.

Hi
I am the biggest procrastinator and I use a lot of self talk to keep me from stalling. I set the for ten minutes when I first started. I added five minutes the next day and each time there after. This has worked for me and you will be surprised how the minutes can add up.

I've been with SP for a year and having trouble in the last 6 months getting motivated like in the first 6 months. I do well during the week but the weekends are well.....not so good. I wish I would have found this challenge a month ago so that I can something every day. I live in NB Canada and the weather has been super so no excuses, get going. Thanks to all for all the advise in your messages. Diane
