*holds up hand as example of thinking without action*
Hi Tricia, welcome to the group.
Linguistics, eh. Nice, one of the topics in which I'm interested though I have absolutely no training in it.
Hey Tricia. Thinking is good, too much thinking without action is not so good. We hope to help find some balance as it relates to your goals. What are you searching for with regard to glycogen?

I'm Tricia. My husband says I maybe think too much for my own good, but we'll see. I've lost about 25 pounds this year, just tracking food and another 5 in the last month since I started consistent fitness. I found this group by running a search on glycogen, and I'm trying to digest that paper someone shared about a year ago on it. I have a bachelor's in linguistics but I'm really interested in physiology.
