Rocket, if you bring up an interesting subject then one of the principals will probably alert the others anyway. If bring up ANY subject then you will probably get some opinions, or else referred to old threads. Or maybe told to do some research. LOL.
Welcome to the group.
There hasn't been much activity on here lately - many of the principals have been distracted by other things (like work). But there have been in the past some pretty interesting discussions!
While others get around to coming back, you might find some of the past threads amusing.

Just a little line to note that I'm just so really happy to have found this Team. Looking forward to getting to know you a little better over time and hope to be actively involved as much as I can. Getting healthy involves a real time commitment, and much of my effort will be concentrated on what goes on in the kitchen, at the dinner table, plus gaining a real sense of balance between rest and activity. Here is where some high intensity thinking could make a real difference. Glad that we have found each other on this journey!
