I get my encouragement from my family and friends and also from my Weight Watchers group. They are always great and I try not to miss a weekly meeting. My leader is so wonderful and she always encourages me. I thank God for her every day. I also try to look towards the non-scale victories, not just what I lose on the scale. When I lose inches and when I drop a clothing size or I can walk further than I did the week before, I feel like a winner. Look for the little victories to make yourself feel better.

Thank you for the things you said on that "I Deserve a Treat Because " page. Like I said I am not real good at writing the stuff but I do read an awful lot and I have used most of the other parts of Sparks. I am trying to change a lot of things and sometimes I wonder if I am doing it wrong by doing to much at once. I am proud of the weight lose I wish it showed more people who haven't seen me for a while look at me and know something is different they just don't know what it is and that's a little frustrating. I haven't gotten near where I wanted to be after 10 months but then I look at the weight lose and know I am at least moving in the right direction. It's great to hear from others so once again Thanks for what you said it made me feel good. P.S. You should be pretty dang proud of yourself too. What you have lost is great what helps you when you feel it's not worth the hassle?

Congratulations on your weight loss. You've obviously worked hard and tracking daily is not always an easy thing to do. You are to be commended for sticking with the program and exercising and eating healthier and all around changing your lifestyle. I hope that you have read other people's posts and joined in other ways even if you are not posting or blogging, just so you don't feel so alone. When you are ready, you will start writing and blogging and it will make things that much easier for you too. It's all a process and you have done an awesome job!! Keep up the good work and before you know it, you will be at your goal. I am really stoked and happy for you!!

Hi everyone this is something new for me I don't post much and I don't blog much, this is two of the things I would like to work on. I also have a lot of the sparkpoints I am suppose to spend on treats for myself and others and I would like to learn how to use those better. I have been with Sparks for about 10 months I have tried to track everyday and I know it's working because I have lost a total of 25 pounds since joining. I have tried to lose those same pounds for about 6 years now and this is the only thing that has accomplished it. I am forever grateful to the people of Sparks for that. I have also started an exercise program which I am very loyal to, even on the day's when I hurt so much I don't want to move. Knowing that I am going to be checking in makes me get up and get it done so I can be proud of what I track. Anyway I ran across your team and thought it would be another reason to work hard, so here I am and I look forward to hearing from any of you that would like to write. Good luck to all, it's a hard thing we are all doing and I have found that all the support you can get is great. So I will help out any way I can just let me know Thanks for being here.
